1. Retail Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates
Retail shipping fees are based on the total order amount.

Shipping Fee Calculation
For orders over $300, expedited shipping fees increase based on each additional $200 in order value.
- Every additional $200 → +$25 for 2nd Day Shipping
- Every additional $200 → +$50 for Next Day Shipping
Examples
- $350 order → 2nd Day: $75 / Next Day: $150
- $500 order → 2nd Day: $75 / Next Day: $150
- $600 order → 2nd Day: $100 / Next Day: $200
Free Shipping Category
If every physical item in a retail order belongs to the Free Shipping category,
checkout will offer one Free Shipping option at no charge.
No delivery-time or expedited shipping option will be shown for that order.
If any other physical product is included, the standard retail rates above apply.
This rule does not apply to wholesale orders.
Disposable Vapes / Electronic Cigarettes
- 3–7 Business Days Shipping: FREE for orders of $50 or more
- 3–7 Business Days Shipping: +$20 for orders under $50
- 2nd Day Shipping: NOT available
- Next Day Shipping: NOT available

2. Wholesale Shipping Policy
Flower / Moonrock / Snowball / Wax — Orders 1 LB and Above

Shipping Weight Calculation
Wholesale expedited shipping fees are calculated based on the Total Shipping Weight.
- Total Shipping Weight = Product Weight + Packaging Weight
- Orders with a total shipping weight of less than 1 LB will be charged as 1 LB.
- Orders weighing 1 LB or more are rounded up to the next whole pound for billing.
- Packaging weight is included in the total shipping weight.

- Product weight: 0.8 LB
- Packaging weight: 0.2 LB
- Total Shipping Weight: 1.0 LB
- Shipping fee → 2nd Day: $35 / Next Day: $75

3. Important Shipping Notice
- Disposable vapes / e-cigarettes and other product categories must be shipped separately.
- You can still place them in the same order — they will simply arrive in separate packages.
- If you have any special shipping requests or need assistance with combining orders, please contact customer support before placing your order.
4. Shipping Schedule

5. Packaging Policy
- All orders are packaged securely and discreetly to ensure safe and private delivery.
- Once an order has been shipped, all sales are final and returns will not be accepted.
6. Insurance Policy
All packages are fully insured ONLY if the tracking status does NOT show “Delivered” to the shipping address provided by the customer.
If your package qualifies for insurance coverage, we will either:
- Reship the same order, based on product availability; or
- Issue store credit for the exact order amount.
Our goal is to ensure you can shop with confidence and peace of mind.
7. How Insurance Coverage Works
Insurance applies ONLY to packages that:
- Become stuck in transit with no tracking movement; or
- Are confirmed lost during shipment.
Insurance Claim Waiting Period
- Next Day Shipping — eligible after 3 business days without tracking updates.
- Regular Shipping — eligible after 5 business days without tracking updates.
Please wait until the full waiting period has passed before contacting customer support
regarding an insurance claim.
8. Insurance Exclusions
Insurance coverage does NOT apply if:
- Tracking shows the package as “Delivered”.
- The shipping address is marked vacant or invalid.
- Delays are caused by carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
9. Payment Processing Fee
Payment adjustments depend on how you pay and on the shipping promotion applied to the order.
